Smoothies and natural fruit juices are part of the table during the month of Ramadan, they are nutritious and provide that touch of freshness that we need after fasting. The problem is that making smoothies or fruit juices daily has the danger that we fall into a routine and get bored of them, so we are going to see a guide with which we can get something new every day, from the most classic smoothies to those with vegetables. Enjoy them!
The classics
They are those that we have all made at some point and that simply have one or more fruits, milk and honey. Examples:
Banana, milk and honey.
Strawberry milk and honey.
Apple, banana, milk and honey.
with dried fruit
It is a small variant of the classic, we are only going to add one more ingredient but it will make a difference. Examples:
Banana, milk, dates and almonds
Avocado, milk, honey and pistachios.
Strawberry, milk, honey and nuts.
With yogurt or ice cream
Yogurt and ice cream are two ingredients that we can add to our shakes and that will give them more thickness and creaminess. Examples:
Banana, milk, honey and coconut ice cream.
Strawberry, milk, honey and vanilla yogurt.
Chocolate ice cream, milk, and almonds.
no milk
Juices are also a good option, since they do not contain milk they are lighter. Examples:
Orange juice, strawberry and honey.
Orange juice, apple, pear, banana and honey.
Pineapple juice, coconut and honey.
with vegetables
Very nutritious and, although the combination of ingredients surprises us, I assure you that they are very tasty. Examples:
Orange juice, tomato, onion, carrot and honey.
Kiwi, pear, spinach and honey
